Hi

If your using a 3G phone then that might be the issue. Certain 3G
networks encode the data sent over their networks, this means we are
unable to read it.

We are currently trying to find out from the 3G network providers how
to get around this. However we do know that one previous customer was
able to contact his network supplier and they were able to change the
access point he used so it didn't encode the SyncML data messages.

So I suggest you could try the same, contact your network supplier and
tell them you are tying to use a SyncML data service but it doesn't
work.

IF we have any updates on this situation from our end we will let you
know.

Kind Regards,

Matt (GooSync)
