Hi, I've checked your account but it is not showing any records of your device connecting with the GooSync server, indicating that the device is unable to communicate with GooSync.
It's possible that the GPRS settings on your device are not fully compatible with SyncML data transfer. You may be able to access websites on your device just using WAP settings, but these may not be sufficient to synchronise to the GooSync server.
