Hi, Unfortunately if your device is reporting that error then it indicates that there is an issue with the GPRS settings on your device.
If it's unable to send data to GooSync then it will be unable to synchronise. By going to the Nokia or O2 website you should be able to get the required GPRS settings resent to your device. This may be enough to allow the device to start sending data.
