I have a new Moto Q. I don't use Windows, and couldn't get the Moto Q to be seen by Windows Home running under Parallels on a Mac, so went to church, installed ActiveSync, installed GooSync and tried to sync, getting this error.
My username is stewschneider. I checked the other threads on this error and notice that the advice is to go to goosyn on the MotoQ and check the credentials. My credentials are valid. I've check and unchecked "Use Https/ssl" with no change, checked and uncheckd "Use Connection's proxy". I'm kind of out of ideas. My plan is to subscribe, but I have to see it work, first.
