Hi, That's correct yes.
As soon as a device connects to your GooSync account it links itself using a unique ID. This ID needs to be removed in order to allow another device to connect to the account. Deleting the device will remove that ID and link. We intend on offering multiple device support in a future release of the GooSync service (allowing multiple devices on the one account) but we have no further details at this point.
