I decided to try to fix it myself so I deleted all of the files in the
SyncML folder in the 'application data' file folder on my Dash.  This
got rid of all of the system supplied information to GooSync, and also
reset the Events box.  Everything now works just fine.

Thanks for letting me know it wasn't a problem caused by the program
itself so I felt justified in messing with the system files, and you
now don't have to worry about following up with the client developers.
