Hi, I've checked your log files.
They show the device sending several replace and delete commands to GooSync. These are all valid and GooSync then sends "ok" messages for each command back to the device. The device should then have replied back to GooSync prompting the server for an update (the "keep-alive" phase). However, no more messages were sent from the device and we're assuming this is where you get the system error. >From the log files its hard to determine what caused this error. Usually a device generates a system error when GooSync sends invalid data/commands to the device. However, in this instance the only messages sent from GooSync were saying that the device commands were valid and would be sent for processing. Has anything changed on your device since you were last able to succesfully sync?
