Hi,

I've checked your log files but they show that the sync stopped very
early on.

They show the device sending the initial sync request to GooSync and
then GooSync replies to the device confirming that the sync has been
authorised.

It's at this point the logs stop recording, no further messages are
sent by the device (we would expect to see a message from the device
containing any data changes it needs to send).

It's possible that the sync failed due to a connection failure.

Please ensure your network settings on your device are valid and allow
you to synchronise SyncML data packets.
