You can browse which applications work on Wine (gOS 3 uses Wine 1.0)
here: http://appdb.winehq.org/appbrowse.php

Fruityloops version 3 for example has "platinum" status, which means
it works very well on Wine.

Note that the wine database may not be up to date, so some programs
work on the latest Wine, while they are still listed as "garbage" (not
working at all.

A secondary place which is more up to date is here (with an example
for fruityloops):

Sometimes it helps to just google for the latest developments on Wine,
I have heard for example that One version of Photoshop now works very
well on Wine 1.0, just google for wine and the applications name.

If, by "Flash" you mean the flash player that is integrated into the
browser to play YouTube movies, or to play Flash games, then I can
tell you that gOS comes with a Flash player already installed.
