I was successful in installing gOS 3 beta. The only issue I had was when the boot screen gave me two options: (1) run without making changes to my PC (2) OEM install Option 1 wasn't possible, that gave me something like "Busy Box.....etc...". So I chose the OEM install option and installed via the LiveCD. I went through the installation with no problems. I am not sure what type of motherboard I have though I can probably find that out later on today.
