I have the same problem.
Already try in the terminal:
alsaconf
results: order not found
sudo / usr / sbin / alsaconf
results: command not found.
sudo aptitude install alsa-base alsa-utils alsa-tools
I reinstall it but nothing happens with sound.

Yo tengo el mismo problema.
Ya probe con:
alsaconf
orden no encontrada

me lo reinstala pero no sucede nada con el sonido.
