It is wxCam. I short of remember the name is a short one and search for it. Found the Website, downloaded and installed it. It is the program as I remember it except when I ran it, it does not turn on the Webcam. The error message is error occured during frame capture. It found the camera USB2.0, device /dev/video0. It just does not turn on the camera. :(
