I am not into windows so dont usually have these kind of problems and really don't know much about this BUT I think you may be looking for this: Click on GOS (top left hand corner) that will bring up a menu. Click on Internet, Click on Remote Desktop Viewer. Once you're in there check out the contents section under help. Hope this helps. Good Luck
