Not every program will show up in your menus, rdesktop happens to be
one of them.  You can run it as:

rdesktop hostname

Try using synaptic to load tsclient.  It will do the same thing and
will add a menu option to your Internet menu called Terminal Server
Client.

The other suggestion of using Remote Desktop Viewer will not work for
windows machines by default unless you have loaded VNC server on
them.  The protocol built into windows is RDP.  If you are used to
using terminal server with windows then tsclient is a great way to do
that from linux.
