Boot from the Live CD environment, if it boots up then it will likely
run on it. However following installation you may need to adjust some
session settings via
Menu --> Admin --> Sessions

Remove bluetooth, cups printing, and other operation you don't need to
run at startup. This will speed up your system considerably. That is
if it installs.
