well, its a question of priority. Wubi is really only useful to lower the threshold for Windows users that want to get "their feet wet" with linux, but do not want to burn a live_CD, or are too unsure about how to go about using one.
If you really are in that situation I suggest using Ubuntu 8.04 instead of gOS.
