I just did this with my Sylvania Meso and it worked great.
 I installed gOS from a 1GB USB Flash Drive. Here's how:

--------------------------------------------------------------

1) Download gOS .iso from thinkgos.com

2) Format a USB stick drive to FAT 32...

3) Download/Install UNetbootin (Universal Netbook Installer) to your
USB stick - http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

4) Put USB stick in your Netbook & power up... (hit F12 at startup).
Select boot from USB device.

5) Follow gOS instructions and install. Remove USB stick and restart.

6) Make sure you click the "Install" icon on your desktop and follow
all instructions again.

7) That/s it!
