Bird Lover: I can tell you for sure that gOS3 works fine on an old (circa 1999) Dell Dimension XPS T500 (500Mhz) with 3-256 MB sticks of memory. I tried it using 512 MB and it worked but seemed a little choppy when returning screens ... not real bad but I did want to see if the extra memory would help ... and from a non scientific viewpoint it did. Bottom line - you should be fine with 500MHz processor and 512 MB of memory ... but 768 MB may show some improvement. Hope this helps. Don 131
