Not enough RAM for gOS to work, you need a more lightweight system. gOS needs at least 256MB.
Perhaps one of the "community developed" leightweight systems see; http://gosportal.wordpress.com/communti-editions/ But not that even these aim at running on a system with 196 MB of RAM, not just 128MB. Perhaps puppy linux, or another ultra light Distro, is more suited for you.
