OEM install is just a regular install, that just waits for asking personal installation info (like name, password, preferred language, and time-zone etc) until after the next reboot. Its for Equipment Manufacturers who want to ship their stuff with gOs pre-installed. When the user turns on his computer for the first time they only have to answer these questions for the install to be completed. OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer
