No it would be "shown at the CES", nothing is known about when (if ever) it will be released (as a download).
Because it is implemented as a "BIOS extension" (in Flash ROM), it will probably only be available integrated into new systems at first. If it ever is released as a download, it won't (cannot) boot as fast as the BIOS-ROM version, so it would lose some of its appeal, it will still boot much faster than a normal OS though, just not nearly as fast as a built in version. You can try it if you visit the CES.
