I think this is a great idea. There are so many web sites right now and very little clarity about who to contact about what. In the past this lack of clear ownership information has made efforts like rolling out Tabzilla to bring some cohesion across all of Mozilla's sites a difficult challenge. Whatever structure we put in place, we should make sure we include space for volunteer run websites.
