I have just edited the modules wiki to remove Dale Harvey, at his
request, from the list of module owners for the FirefoxOS Camera app. I
don't expect that any discussion of this change is actually needed here,
but am posting to this list because as co-owner of the module I don't
technically have the power to remove Dale without consensus on this list.
