I don't like this FAQ either, so I won't spend too much time defending
it, but I believe it's better than nothing.

distinct FAQs?

Well, we have seen plenty of people giving both Brendan and Mozilla the
"guilty until proved" treatment. I am afraid that there is no answer to
this. I can only give you my word of honor that I am not misrepresenting
facts. Whether you decide to believe it is your call.
