Hi,
I'm seeking comments for proposed changes to the existing "Legal Disclaimers and
Limitations" document that exists at:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/terms/mozilla/
It's been awhile since that document was updated. Your feedback is
appreciated. The proposed new version is here:
https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/document/d/152QEtaM0wMD9oNYN8bl6k6TNRw7_ArC5_LV28YvXh1Y/edit
The new version will go into effect on October 15, 2014. We'll use any
comments we receive before October 12th to make further updates and
clarifications to the final version. Even after that, we continue to welcome
your feedback so we can continue to make improvements.
Thanks,
Mika
Hi,
there were a few places where the policy seems to mix between a website
usage policy and a code contribution policy.
I'd keep the contribution pieces to the contributor agreement, to the
extent that they're not necessary to cover blog comments or such.
You may also recognize our Websites by nicknames such as
MozillaBugzilla, MozWiki, MoPad, Webmaker, MozReps, MDN, Marketplace,
One and Done, SUMO, and AMO.
There are some here that are not nicknames I have heard in the past
years, notably MozillaBugzilla, MozWiki, MozReps. bugzilla, wikimo,
remo, yes.

"Sublicensable" means exactly what?
