I'm listed as module owner for the camera app, but that is a position
that I inherited, not one I earned, and it does not reflect the reality
of my involvement with that app. Therefore, I am proposing to add Mike
Habicher as co-owner of the app, with the intention that I will
eventually step down and demote myself to peer of the module.
This is a somewhat unorthodox move because Mike is primarily a Gecko
developer rather than a Gaia developer. But it reflects the reality that
Mike has been and remains actively involved with the Gecko camera API
since the beginning and also that the current peers of the app will have
their attention focused elsewhere during the 2.2 release cycle.
If I don't hear any objections, I will edit the wiki to reflect this
change on Tuesday October 21st.
