Hi Tim, Sorry for the delay on my response.
I don't see trivial to move STK out of System app since there're some corner cases which force us to maintain the app running (for example, STK events) Anyway, with special permissions for an independent STK app we can drive & study it. Regarding move all STK code to an explicit folder inside system & settings app is a simple move and I agree with that. Is there a Bug # for doing this? Regards, Fernando.
