I'm disappointed about this initiative because we don't need to have 100
groups and plateforms (this can causes the disorder so we can manage all
groups that we have in mozilla) but that will be a pleasure if your
ideas and plans for this 'new group' will integrate the efforts of the
mozillians dev group.
The mozillians ML is not really exploited, so you can start a
conversation(s) about contribution and can each one can help others,
also with the structure of Mozillians in which each group can have a
separate conversation, so that can be much better than building a new
module.
If you considere that those who don't want to register, I think that's
the minimum effort to start contributing :)

We have a lot of initiatives at Mozilla and not a module for everyone.
Generally there should be some reasoning behind the need for a module.
Are you working with the participation team if not might be good to hookup
with them?
