I do like that this group has been focusing on being welcoming and
encouraging to contributors with disabilities, without focusing on
contributing to a11y and think that this is a unique set of expertise
provided by this group that we haven't had before.

satdav - I think you need to present a more formal proposal that outlines
the purpose of the group and how it would be different from Mozillians or
guides so that people have something specific to discuss.

I think there is something to be said for having multiple smaller
communities for people to join. People can feel more interconnected than if
they're joining a sea of hundreds. For many things we'd be better off with
a network if linked communities than one giant group (think the difference
between smaller collaboration sessions vs lecture style meetings with a
large audience at a conference). Though that doesn't mean each community
should get its own module. The module should provide the network that keeps
the communities connected.
