This new text no longer informs people about the copyright licenses under which we release our logo files. Where will that information still be documented? Does it make sense to link to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/ from this footer or from the Trademark Policy? If people are going to take advantage of their fair use rights and use our marks, it's much better if they get them from there than save some low-res out-of-date copy of the Firefox logo off some random website.
