It's worth noting that there can be a substantial cost in time, money,
and other resources in replacing all the individual tools and software
used throughout an organization as diverse as Mozilla. It can be
extremely disruptive to change tools, between possible incompatibilities
and the re-training required, not to mention simple slowdowns in workflow.

Then there's the sometimes quasi-religious following some people have
for their tools. There are tools you'd have to take from me by force. :)
