Having heard no objections, I have made these changes to our module
documentation.

As part of these changes, Potch and Rob Helmer have stepped down from
ownership roles and moved to owners emeritus. I’d like to thank them for
their work, and congratulate Asa for taking over Potch’s role as owner of
the  weekly project call.

I’ve also rolled in the Wikimo module update mentioned in another thread;
please join me in thanking Spike for taking ownership of Wikimo.

Thank you all for your help.
