Jim has requested discussion of this new issue on tomorrow's call. I'm not sure
where/if it fits in the agenda; still working on it.

Meanwhile, email discussion is encouraged. Especially discussion of the form "I
volunteer to build a metadata CSV file that we can load into babel for
evaluation."

I was going to postpone discussion on the basis that we don't have any concrete
idea about what patient reported data will look like, but then I realize...

We'll likely use REDCap to collect (some) patient reported data, and HERON
includes REDCap integration. If anybody wants to mock up a survey and provide
the data dictionary, I (or somebody on the HERON team) can turn it into i2b2
metadata and load it into babel for evaluation.

I'd like to think that the HERON REDCap to i2b2 metadata process would work at
any site, but it's somewhat involved and the documentation isn't very mature.
The core of it is
redcap_concepts_load.sql<https://informatics.kumc.edu/work/browser/heron_load/redcap_concepts_load.sql>,
though that relies on heron_staging/redcap code available only via

Comment (by dconnolly):

A modifier would follow the leading design for distinguishing billing
diagnoses from clinical diagnoses (#91).

Another possibility is to use the provider dimension, which is designed
(since before modifiers were added to the i2b2 data model) to record the
observer of an observation.
