The bug that limited us to one level of modifiers (#37<http://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/37>) is fixed, so you can see the whole thing via babel<http://babel.gpcnetwork.org/> now.

I suppose I went a little off the deep end on this, but it was sort of fun. -- Dan ________________________________ From: Dan Connolly Sent: Monday, March 24, 2014 12:57 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: PCORI data model as i2b2 terms in babel I got the m_applied_path issues worked out. Modulo the bug that limits us to one level of modifiers (#37<http://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/37>), you can now see what I had in mind. for reference: 20. [676bf790b72f/pcornet-dm] fix m_applied_path again (haven't shared the code anywhere yet.) ________________________________ From: Dan Connolly Sent: Friday, March 21, 2014 5:55 PM To: [email protected] Subject: PCORI data model as i2b2 terms in babel As something of a review experiment, I transformed the tables in the data model spec into i2b2 metadata and loaded in into babel. The transformation is incomplete sort of by nature and even what I was trying to do is a little buggy (m_applied_path especially), but it might be worth a look. -- Dan
