The list seems like pretty reasonable values to be shared.  But from
reading it, I wasn¹t quite sure of the level of distribution we are
looking at far as what is Public, vs PCORI Wide, vs GPC wide sharing of
information. Also, how does this address the sharing of data quality
metrics.  For example, % of vital signs out of range.  Also, institution
identifiable data vs individual person data might need to be clarified.
