I am assuming that this business proposal would cover both GPC survey data to our CDRN colleagues and form the metadata that we would expose on Popmednet Central Console to advertise our research data to other CDRNs. I did try and add features to the summaries of both data quantity and quality but am asking if this list should be tweaked as a starting point Jim

But from reading it, I wasn¹t quite sure of the level of distribution we are looking at far as what is Public, vs PCORI Wide, vs GPC wide sharing of information. Also, how does this address the sharing of data quality metrics. For example, % of vital signs out of range. Also, institution identifiable data vs individual person data might need to be clarified.
