We created our CPT hierarchy from the UMLS.  Do you have a local copy of the 
UMLS that you can use?  If so, I’m sure someone can send you the code needed to 
create the CPT metadata.

Are you planning to create a GPC CPT hierarchy for procedures using the same 
script you used for the ICD9 hierarchy? That way the paths, names, and such 
will be consistent with the other hierarchies we have.
