We have ten data sources in GPC. Therefore we will need one ETL manager named from each GPC site and this group along with myself will comprise the data quality management subcommittee of GPC-DEV. All ETL managers should start working on response to the ETL Annotated Data Dictionary request from PCORI anticipating we will need to be reporting by September. So far I have responses from UWisc/Madison, MCW, UNMC. UKansas, UMinnesota and Childrens Mercy. ETLs will be done at the level of the data source. Depending on network structure and who will be managing the ETL for each data source, you may have one analyst working on all ETLs centrally or multiple analysts at sites working on ETLs. August 1st is the deadline for this contact information. September is the target for completed ETL and ETL annotated data dictionaries for CDRNs.
