Hi Dan,

Currently, I'm pulling these numbers from our Mini sentinel data files for the
time being, so the code wouldn't be very helpful. I will work on creating the
code to extract from the i2b2 schema and would be more than willing to share.
However it will be SAS code, not sure how many folks use SAS? Would that be
helpful?

Thanks,
Jay

Can you share the code you used to get these numbers out of your i2b2 star
schema, please?

Hi Jim,

This was my first attempt at filling some of the information in. I began with
the demographics and enrollment pieces on the data summary tab and put some of
our basic information in the data description tab. Eventually I'll want to
elaborate a bit more on some of the data sources but just wanted to send you
something before the Dev call today.

Thanks much,

Hi Jim,

In testing out the Annotated Data Dictionary, just to confirm what you're
looking for, did you want us to start filling in some of the Data summary
tables? Or the data description tab or the other tabs to provider site
comments in the content areas?

Sorry I'm not sure I caught these details on the call this last week.

Thanks much,
Jay

I missed the response from Kansas... Nathan, maybe you sent something off list?

Please see the response from PCORI below. We have ten data sources in GPC.
Therefore we will need one ETL manager named from each GPC site and this group
along with myself will comprise the data quality management subcommittee of
GPC-DEV. All ETL managers should start working on response to the ETL
Annotated Data Dictionary request from PCORI anticipating we will need to be
reporting by September.

So far I have responses from UWisc/Madison, MCW, UNMC. UKansas, UMinnesota and
Childrens Mercy. I need ETL managers named from all other GPC sites by end of
week

Hi Jim,
I am sorry I missed that part of your question. ETLs will be done at the level
of the data source. Depending on network structure and who will be managing
the ETL for each data source, you may have one analyst working on all ETLs
centrally or multiple analysts at sites working on ETLs.
August 1st is the deadline for this contact information. September is the
target for completed ETL and ETL annotated data dictionaries for CDRNs.
If you have any further questions, please let me know. My phone number is
617-509-9742 if you would prefer to discuss over the phone.

Thank you,

Please note the first half of my question...are responses expected by site or

Hi James,

This will vary by CDRN based on your milestones, but the first ETL (response to
query) and ETL annotated data dictionary will likely be submitted around the
same time. For CDRNs, we are targeting September.

Thanks,

Questions arose in our network today regarding the intended deployment of the
ETLADD

1. Must we report to DSSNI one contact per CDRN or one contact per site
who are responsible for ETL management?
2. The August 1st deadline is for reporting to DSSNI the name(s) of our
ETL managers, correct?
3. What timeline can we expect for reporting the completed datasheets?
