Hi Dan, Currently, I'm pulling these numbers from our Mini sentinel data files for the time being, so the code wouldn't be very helpful. I will work on creating the code to extract from the i2b2 schema and would be more than willing to share. However it will be SAS code, not sure how many folks use SAS? Would that be helpful?

I began with the demographics and enrollment pieces on the data summary tab and put some of our basic information in the data description tab. So far I have responses from UWisc/Madison, MCW, UNMC. UKansas, UMinnesota and Childrens Mercy. ETLs will be done at the level of the data source. Depending on network structure and who will be managing the ETL for each data source, you may have one analyst working on all ETLs centrally or multiple analysts at sites working on ETLs. August 1st is the deadline for this contact information. September is the target for completed ETL and ETL annotated data dictionaries for CDRNs.
