Umberto, Tom,

Would you please advise on how GPC should vote on this?

Network PIs: Please Provide Your Vote on the PCORnet Privacy Statement by COB,
September 17th

Following this announcement, the PMO will be providing Network PIs with the
draft PCORnet Privacy Statement, which is designed to be a public-facing
explanation of key principles guiding PCORnet's use of patient health data.
This brief document is intended to complement, but in no way replace, PCORnet
privacy policies and processes under development by the Data Privacy Task Force
(in collaboration with bot the DSSNI and Governance & Collaboration Task
Forces). It has undergone substantial iteration and discussion by the Executive
Committee, PCORnet Patient Council, and PCORI. Deven McGraw, Data Privacy Task
Force Lead, was a significant contributor as well.

The PMO and PCORI would like to attain approval of this statement virtually, so
we invite the Network PIs to provide overarching comments on this document, and
we would like you to affirm that your Network supports the seven principles.

Network PIs: please send your vote (approve, do not approve, abstain) and
comments to the PMO (p...@pcornet.org<mailto:p...@pcornet.org>) by COB,
September 17th. If you have other feedback or questions, please contact the PMO
at your earliest convenience.
