Hi Kieran, Is there anything like the breast cancer data sharing SOP<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/DataSecurity#bc-survey-sop> for the ALS survey? I'm trying to figure out what informatics infrastructure has to be in place by when in order to keep plans on track.
Does KUMC IRB go before, after, or during "IRB reciprocity" in the ALS survey plan<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/KeyGoalTracking#als-survey>? It sounds like you no longer expect the ALS survey to go out in December. How can gpc-dev stay tuned to schedule changes? -- Dan ________________________________________ From: Kieran Pemberton Sent: Monday, December 15, 2014 9:44 AM To: '[email protected]'; Dan Connolly; [email protected] Cc: John Steinmetz; Tamara McMahon Subject: RE: [gpc-informatics] #208: ALS survey timeline unclear The ALS survey is still going through IRB here in Kansas City -----Original Message----- From: GPC Informatics [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 15, 2014 9:36 AM To: Dan Connolly; [email protected] Cc: Kieran Pemberton; John Steinmetz; Tamara McMahon Subject: [gpc-informatics] #208: ALS survey timeline unclear #208: ALS survey timeline unclear ------------------------+------------------------------- Reporter: dconnolly | Owner: jmcclay Type: problem | Status: new Priority: major | Milestone: survey-redcap-als Component: data-stds | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: ------------------------+------------------------------- I our Dec 2 call (notes: #12) it seemed worth increasing bandwidth between gpc-dev and the ALS group: Jim McClay: I’ll check with Dr. Fernandez about ALS survey timeline (esp.
