CDM V2 requires deployment of patient problem list and related
patient reported diagnoses to a Condition table. SNOMED CT is
the preferred reference ontology for reasons of clinical
precision. The objectives of this ticket are:
1) deployment and testing of SNOMED CT metadata build for i2b2 from
NLM release structures and python procedure developed at Nebraska
2) development of ETLs for sharing among GPC sites
3) development of site specific views for SQL CONDITIONs
table view compliant with CDM V2
Epic sites may test their Clarity data resources with this
