We have MCW and Cerner who have agreed to test SNOMED CT load to Oracle.
It looks like Python code should next be modified for SQL Server and then
PostgreSQL. Please upload python script and RF2 snapshot to PCORnet
desktop asap so that thy can be testing the load sequence.
I have the SQL extract from Clarity posted to the Epic Userweb for all
Epic sites to assess the status of SNOMED CT conditions (problem list)
mapping in their systems.
