heron_load:
billing_transform.sql – load data from Epic into view
observation_fact_procedure
billing_load.sql – load from view into night & blue heron observation_fact

umls_cpt_concepts.sql – load ontology from the UMLS schema into
blueheronmetadata.umls_cpt
heron_staging/umls:
README.txt – how to create UMLS RRF files (using mmsys) and stage them for
HERON ETL
Note: ontology includes CPT Modifiers, but we have not implemented them
Note: heron_staging/cpt_build contains some similar scripts to pre-stage
UMLS/CPT data
cpt_load.ctl - load data from a flat file (obtained through UMLS data
dictionary)
cpt_load_script.sql – creates i2b2metadata2.cpt
Note: heron_load/concepts_merge.sql loads i2b2metadata2.cpt into
heron_terms. We commented that out and are instead loading
blueheronmetadata.umls_cpt, which was created by umls_cpt_concepts.sql
