For reference (and in case anyone is interested in comparing), I've
uploaded the Cerner standard CPT4 procedure ontology to the Central
Desktop [https://pcornet.centraldesktop.com/c4gpc/file/38590970/ here].
Feel free to download and compare metadata if you'd like. Not suggesting
this is the end-all-be-all CPT4 hierarchy or should shift the current path
of work; just following up from this week's Dev call.
