WISC did query 1a and 1b.
Our site requires two additional criteria:
1) must have parent/guardian with email (if child), must have email (if
adult)
2) must have pcp with Family Medicine
Results for query 1a: 1,250
Results for query 1b: 63,500

5,222 children and young adults meeting selection criteria (estimating
this to be about 4,400 unique households)
