Comment:
The antibiotic prep-to-research survey (#277) asks about our CDM v1 status
(among other things). I went back and reviewed KUMC's annotated data
dictionary (#144), which is based on the then-current version of the
shared CDM ETL (#145). Perhaps some of the issues have been addressed
since then, but in addition to ENR_BASIS (#282), I found a number of
deferred variables:
- ENCOUNTER.DISCHARGE_DATE
- ENCOUNTER.DISCHARGE_TIME
- ENCOUNTER.PROVIDERID
- ENCOUNTER.FACILITY_LOCATION
- ENCOUNTER.FACILITYID
