All 9 queries (SEX, PROC, RACE, ENROLL, DEMO, HISP, ENC, DIAG, VITAL) work
fine for KUMC's current CDM build.
Some quirks:
- RACE: over 50% NI
- ENROLL: all and unique are same; i.e. where we have enrollment, we have
exactly one.
- I suppose that's consistent with putting GPC enrollment terms under
demographics (#229).
- HISP: over 50% NI
- ENC: why is encounterid not unique???
