Comment:

 In the April HERON "Cheyenne Bottoms" release, we aggregated stuff on the
 same day so that "same financial encounter" would work across the EMR and
 a billing system. This caused difficulty with some analysis work, but we
 think it's more helpful for researchers so we're looking into ways to meet
 the analysis requirements while keeping this user experience.

 I just re-discovered comment:9 that shows that aggregating encounters like
 that is going to cause us trouble with CDM ETL (#145) as well:
 > - Visits to different providers on the same day, such as a physician
 appointment that leads to a hospitalization, should be considered multiple
 encounters.
