As of 19 May (#12):
status at sites:
1. KUMC - got technical feedback from registrar; plan to follow up this
week
1. CMH - not participating
1. UIOWA - sent. done. some issues with the May cut-off date in our data
submission, so we excluded them during this verification step.
1. WISC - Tom is out. Tamara: each site has a back-up honest broker.
1. MCW - Glen had trouble downloading; is out of office; ETA Thu/Fri
1. MCRF - working through validation
1. UMN - created mailing list; working through validation; got past
row_num = “Order ID”. what’s the goal for how many? Tamara: send 250 per
site; get 1000 responses for all of GPC
1. UNMC - JRC/HH think the right people are working on it; will confirm
1. UTHSCSA - randomized list was not sent to them
1. UTSW - pending local IRB check-off; on our todo list
